In water there is the possibility to optimally train endurance, strength and coordinated skills.
To make progress in swimming, it is essential to be able to keep your head underwater. We focus on exhaling underwater.

Prerequisite:

Correct exhalation while the head is in the water

Floating on the stomach and back

Basic breathing technique

Coarse form of propulsion movements arms and legs

No fear in chest-deep water

Content:

Improve and consolidate breathing technique

Tension and coordination exercises to improve the fundamentals of Back and Crawl

Self-rescue, e.g., turning from prone to supine position

Goal:

Gain safety, i.e., confidence in the water

Approximately 10 m Back and Crawl in rough form
