Aqua Gym

Aqua Gymis a music-based course. Targeted walking, running, hopping, but also strengthening and stretching of the muscles are practiced in chest‑deep water at 32°C and provide aphysical and psychological well-being. The varied course design ensures fun and motivation.
Aqua-Gym is suitable for young and old, especially also for non-swimmers, people unaccustomed to water, overweight individuals, as well as for the prevention of degenerative wear-and-tear symptoms.

Aqua-Gym courses are billed quarterly. You pay for 4 lessons in advance and receive a final invoice at the end of the quarter for the lessons attended.
