Start with targeted postnatal gymnastics to build your body and get back into shape after pregnancy.
The goal of the course is to strengthen the pelvic floor and core with sensory and strengthening exercises, as well as stretching exercises.
This course is recommended after a natural birth no earlier than about 6-8 weeks, and after a Caesarean section about 10-12 weeks.
The course takes place without babies.
Entry is possible at any time.
