Beginner Course Children 13-15 years
Our swim course is specifically designed for children aged 13 to 15 who have not yet dived underwater with their heads down and want to learn the basics of swimming. In this beginner course, we teach step by step the most important basic skills necessary for safe and successful swimming.
The children learn in an age-appropriate and supportive environment:
- Proper breathing technique: How to feel comfortable in water and breathe correctly.
- Floating and Gliding: First exercises to improve water feeling and optimize body position.
- Propulsion in Water: Introduction to basic swimming movements to move safely through the water.
This course is ideal for older children and teenagers who have no swimming experience yet and want to gradually get used to the water. With a lot of patience and at an age-appropriate pace, we accompany them on their way to becoming safe and confident swimmers.
