Develop the crawl technique in detail

– glide through the water with an extended body posture

– overcome resistance with a correct arm stroke

– support stabilization with a correct kick

– rhythmically overcome longer distances with proper breathing

Crawl 1

Prerequisite:

Swim approximately 25 m backstroke and crawl in a rough form

Content:

Fundamentals of crawl technique (improve side breathing)

Targeted exercises to improve crawl technique

If interested in other swimming styles for groups

Goals:

Approximately 50 m crawl with solid technique
