Children aged 6 to 10 are taught in the beginner course for children from water acclimation to the first basic techniques. The goal is to bring the children as quickly as possible up to the corresponding performance level of their age.
Being able to swim properly is the foundation for long-term enjoyment of this healthy sport. Regular swimming supports not only the physical and psychological development of the child, but also enhances his or her coordination skills. Children discover their personal performance capacity, which strengthens self‑confidence. At the end of a course, tests are conducted according to the guidelines of swimsports.
