Swim approximately 50 m continuously with solid crawl technique

Content:

Improve and consolidate crawl and breathing technique

Correction of stroke errors

other swimming styles upon group interest

Goals:

Approximately 150 m crawl technique with every-third breathing

Improvement of strength and endurance
