Swimming – the healthiest sport

In water there is the possibility to optimally train endurance, strength and coordinated skills.
However, to achieve a health benefit through swimming it is absolutely necessary to be able to keep your head underwater while swimming.

Training Group:

At Rialto in the 25m pool

In the schoolhouse St. Johann in the 16m pool

Prerequisite:

Mastering various swimming techniques

Swim approximately 300 m of crawl technique continuously

Content:

Structured swim training

Individual corrections

Strength building, endurance and coordination training

Goals:

Swim approximately 1000 m crawl technique continuously
