Aqua-Fit® For pregnant women it is characterized as an extremely joint-friendly and gentle way of sporting activity that pregnant women can practice despite their increasing weight. The buoyancy in water relieves joints, intervertebral discs and the entire back musculature.

Aqua-Fit® It promotes endurance through targeted exercises, strengthens muscles and stimulates circulation. Movement generally provides better oxygen supply for the whole body. Moreover, movement boosts venous return, which may reduce the tendency towards pregnancy edema and varicose veins.

Targeted exercises make the pelvic floor more elastic and thus facilitate a quick and problem-free tissue recovery after birth.

An entry is possible at any time. Lessons are calculated from the date of entry up to 2 weeks before the due date.
